Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Center Europe GmbH (CSC) is an aerospace Joint Venture Company between Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) and MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH (MTU). We provide overhaul and repair services, customer support, and spare engine sales to operators of P&WC products within Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We leverage the services and relationships of both partners to provide integrated solutions that delight our customers.

We are looking for you as a Customer Service MRT Event Manager / Mobile Repair Team / Aviation (all genders) in Ludwigsfelde. Code - CSC / Operations

Your tasks:

1. Provision of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) on-site maintenance services to customers in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, including coordination of operational and commercial aspects with stakeholders.
2. Customer experience and relationship management.
3. Reporting and reconciliation with suppliers, ensuring payment alignment, management of incoming invoices, accuracy with invoicing, and margin checks.
4. Customer-focused project management.
5. Readiness for on-call services.

Your profile:

• Successful degree in relevant studies, e.g., business administration, logistics/supply chain, engineering, or equivalent working experience.
• Customer and solutions-oriented.
• Comfortable in dealing with complex situations.
• Technical interest; basic knowledge of aircraft engines or aviation industry is an asset.
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset, and ease in working in a dynamic, international environment, with the ability to work in (virtual) global teams.
• Structured approach to tasks and good prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SAP is advantageous.
