Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Center Europe GmbH (CSC) is an aerospace Joint Venture Company between Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) and MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH (MTU). We provide overhaul and repair services, customer support, and spare engine sales to operators of P&WC products within Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We are looking for you as:

Customer Service MRT Event Manager / Mobile Repair Team / Aviation (all genders)

Code - CSC / Operations

Provision of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) on-site maintenance services to customers in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, including coordination of operational and commercial aspects with various stakeholders.

  • Customer experience and relationship management
  • Reporting and reconciliation with suppliers, ensuring payment alignment, managing incoming invoices, and accuracy in invoicing and margin checks
  • Customer-focused project management
  • Readiness for on-call services
Your profile :
  • Successful degree in business administration, logistics/supply chain, engineering, or equivalent working experience
  • Customer and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable dealing with complex situations
  • Technical interest; basic knowledge of aircraft engines or the aviation industry is an asset
  • Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with ease in working in a dynamic, international environment and ability to work in (virtual) global teams
  • Structured approach to tasks and good prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is advantageous
