As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the productive use of e-commerce platforms, primarily based on SAP Customer Experience (Sales, Service, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Customer Data), focusing on SAP Sales or Commerce Cloud.   • Handling incident reports and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinating the deployment of solutions with our team, clients, and relevant service providers.
  • Analyzing and diagnosing error situations, reading log files, and monitoring the environment.
  • Maintaining close communication with clients and software development specialists.
  • Documenting operational procedures and configurations.
  • Possessing education or degree in a relevant IT field.
  • Having experience in support roles, application management, or customer service, ideally with SAP Customer Experience Cloud and third-party system integrations.
  • Enjoying analyzing and diagnosing errors.
  • Familiarity with support tools and experience with Kubernetes/cloud environments is beneficial.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with interfaces like REST, JSON, XML, connecting surrounding systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS, or others.
