In Summer 2025 Campus Founders opens its new building called GRAVITY with co-working and co-creation areas as well as a media studio, community and event spaces.

In your role as Customer Service Manager at Campus Founders Ventures, you coordinate services and activities for members and create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that fosters interaction and collaboration.


Your fields of action in a glance:

  • You are the main point of contact for our residents and see yourself as their host, creating an optimal working environment.
  • You track and evaluate how residents make the best use of the services we offer and participate in activities you invite.
  • You become an expert for our residents, understanding their individual needs, providing tailored advice and developing customized service offerings.
  • You focus on the users and residents, with the goal of maintaining existing partnerships and developing new residents into long-term partnerships.
  • You accompany our residents from onboarding to offboarding, both through our digital tools and personally within our space.
  • You assist in defining workflows and UX/UI requirements for our digital applications to ensure a seamless user experience for the residents.
  • You are responsible for maintaining and updating user accounts in our CRM and management system, including managing the deal flow and overseeing contract and invoice management.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

  • You have completed training or a degree in hospitality, business administration or relevant experience in membership management, partnership or partner success.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with members and handle their concerns professionally.
  • Your approach is innovative and proactive; you develop and implement ideas to enhance member engagement.
  • You bring initial experience working with data management systems and operational processes and add knowledge about HubSpot and OfficeRnD as a plus.
  • You are fluent in German and in English, spoken and written.
