To support us in handling the regular day-to-day business within the Customer Service and Logistics department and being the contact person for internal and external customers. In this role you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.
Responsibilities:
Order entry and EDI order processing including availability checks in inventory management and invoicing
Direct written and telephone communication with our B2B customers, including the processing of customer complaints and delivery status enquiries in the area of logistics
Creating delivery notes to ensure the smooth dispatch of goods to our customers
Goods replenishment in our plants as required, taking into account production capacities, optimized order sizes and avoiding spoilage
Inventory monitoring and correction postings to ensure reliable stock levels at all times
Support feasibility checks for promotions incl. additional cardboard materials and displays
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, our production plants and external logistics service providers
Support in the creation and maintenance of the internal forecast, taking into account the monthly S&OP rhythm
