What you’ll do:

  1. Develop and execute short and long-term strategies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  2. Lead and support the inside sales team, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  3. Promote collaboration between sales and operations to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  4. Identify and evaluate new opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute a competitive sales strategy for our inside sales team, driving business growth.
  5. Oversee and support the performance of inside sales and customer experience teams, ensuring all objectives and key performance indicators are met.
  6. Monitor and manage activities, providing day-to-day leadership and coaching for all teams.
  7. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement, ensuring all team members reach their full potential.
  8. Ensure alignment with company standards and policies, focusing on inclusion and diversity.
  9. Act as a change agent, driving innovation and managing change within the organization. Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, and execute objectives while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  1. Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams with a consistent track record of achieving team targets.
  2. Demonstrated success in partnering with colleagues in a matrix organization to drive results.
  3. Experience working effectively in a call centre environment, driving quality while maintaining high levels of motivation and engagement.
  4. Strong business acumen with a customer-focused, results-driven and solutions-focused mindset.
  5. Ability to develop and coach teams in challenging environments.
  6. Lead from the front and engage with issues and people at all levels within the company.
