Job Title:Customer Support German Speaker with Relocation Package
Department:Sales

Contract Type:CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)
Work Model:On-site

Work Schedule

Shifts:Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Saturday + Sunday: 8:00-17:00 (Rotational Shifts)

Days Off:2 days off per week

Salary & Compensation

Welcome Bonus: 3000 euro

Base Salary:1,100 euro per 14 months

Performance Bonus:135euro per 12 months

Complexity Bonus: 120euro per 11 months

Position Bonus (Braga only):20euro per 12 months

Your Role

As aSales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
