Job Description:

Do you have a passion for Customer Service and Fleet Management? Then join our team in Duisburg. We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for our fleet management department to support DP World's growth within the region.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• You will plan, control, and optimize vehicle procurement and delivery
• You will order vehicles according to requirements and manage scheduling for deliveries and returns
• You will handle registration documents, leasing contracts, and monitor vehicle returns
• You will oversee the validity of fuel cards
• You will prepare monthly reports on customer activity and leasing contract mileage
• You will serve as the interface between the customer and the contact person
• You will update management and the customer on current status
• You will handle traffic fines and coordinate with relevant offices
• You will request and verify reference offers according to predefined parameters
• You will release cost estimates based on specifications

What you will bring

• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service
• Knowledge of fleet management, leasing, or car rental is desirable
• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
