Requirements :
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that adapts to meet customer needs.
  • Flexibility to follow any shift pattern.
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude; high communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Professional, proactive, customer-focused, and friendly demeanor in all tasks.
  • Attention to detail and patience in listening.
  • Persistence in repetitive tasks and excellent time management skills.
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Windows) and familiarity with web portals.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet goals.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in the travel industry or with similar booking platforms is advantageous.
