Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Innendienst.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP R3.
  • Serviceorientiert und kommunikativ mit Teamfähigkeit sowie Zahlenverständnis.

Aufgaben

  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Betreuung eines definierten DKV-Kundenkreises.
  • Verantwortung für telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit DKV-Kunden.
  • Aktive Erweiterung des Verkaufsangebots der gesamten DKV-Dienstleistungs- und Produktpalette.

Responsibilities
  • You are the contact person for our customers and look after them for a defined DKV clientele.
  • You will be responsible for telephone and written correspondence with DKV customers on all customer matters in co-operation with the sales force.
  • You are responsible for actively expanding sales of the entire DKV service and product range.
  • You will advise customers on DKV service innovations and represent DKV as a reliable partner to its customers.
  • You process new customer applications and are responsible for processing complaints, reminders and protests, credit and total blocks as well as ordering and blocking DKV legitimisation objects.
  • You are responsible for sending DKV legitimisation objects, admission documents etc. to new customers.
  • You will maintain the condition entries and monitor incoming payments and overdrafts.
Qualifications
  • You have a qualified commercial qualification and several years of experience in internal sales.
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office products and ideally also have experience with SAP R3.
  • You are service-oriented and service-minded and have an open, positive communication style as well as the ability to work in a team, a good understanding of figures and commitment.
  • Your business fluent German language skills are complemented by a good command of English.
