The Germany, Austria & Switzerland (DACH) regions are key to the long-term success of Lifestyle Brands Europe. Delivering world-class customer service levels here is critical to our growth ambitions. The Germany CSA is responsible for delighting our German customers, ensuring their orders, queries, and claims are handled promptly, and challenging the wider business to meet customer service expectations. The Germany CSA works within a pool of CSAs across Europe and may provide coverage for other markets. The role reports directly to the EU Planning Manager based in Belgium.
Responsibilities:
Accurately handle and process orders in SAP:
Provide excellent service to German customers:
Manage relationships with warehouse & logistics partners:
Collaborate with logistics, sales, planning, and supply chain managers to balance service and cost.
Maintain customer data in SAP:
