For the Customer Support Center BPS, we are looking for a Customer Service Analyst (x|f|m) based in Goettingen or Aubagne, Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role, you will enhance KPI-driven performance and play a crucial part in managing global order processing and ensuring planned revenue realization.
The job is available full-time and located on-site at the campus in Goettingen or at the Aubagne location.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
- Enhance delivery reliability by identifying and eliminating disruptive factors within the global network. Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Manage the global order processing and planned revenue realization process.
- Prepare and analyze data for sales organization locations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order stocks, delivery reliability, and backlog. Generate insightful reports to drive strategic decisions. Organize work sessions with various locations and stakeholders to develop and present solutions.
- Resolve escalations, assist in meeting deadlines, and define measures in case of disruptions in production within the order processing process.
- Create reports on order stocks, delivery reliability, backlog, and other key figures.
- Monitor the performance of sales organizations and locations, provide proactive support in case of deviations, and collect recurring weaknesses to eliminate them through process improvements and harmonization.
What will convince us
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on supply chain management, or a completed 3-year vocational training with relevant experience.
- Several years of professional experience in order processing, SCM, or KPI environment.
- Experience in project management; leading projects is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP, MRP systems, and analysis programs like Tableau, Celonis, and BW.
- Independent work, proactive communication, and strong assertiveness.
