Your Responsibilities

• Become an expert in our products and processes, serving as the contact person for our customers.
• Handle customer inquiries independently via phone and written communication, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from customer service and other departments and stakeholders within Raisin.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor to foster customer enthusiasm and trust.
• Manage inquiries related to account opening, investment processes, and basic tax issues professionally.
• Contribute to creating a positive customer experience on our platform.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Italian (C2 level), both written and spoken, with good command of English.
• Experience in customer service or support is desirable, regardless of industry.
• Strong communicators eager to assist customers via telephone with effective words and deeds.
• Enjoy working with people, capable of multitasking under pressure while setting priorities.
• Interested in complex topics, modern finance, and capital markets.
• Based in Berlin.
• High standards for your work and ability to maintain overview during hectic times.
• Proficient with IT tools, especially Office 365.
• Additional language skills (German, Dutch, Spanish) are a plus but not required.
