Customer Service Agent
Location: Dusseldorf (office-based for at least 3 months, transitioning to hybrid in the future)
About loveholidays: Since 2012, loveholidays has been helping customers find the perfect holiday by offering a wide range of flight and hotel packages. We process over half a trillion hotel and flight combinations daily, attract more than 4.5 million visitors, and complete a booking every 11 seconds. We are expanding our team to enhance our customer service experience.
Initially, you will work full-time in the office for at least 3 months to learn and adapt, playing a vital role in establishing our first international in-house Customer Service team. Working with dedicated specialists, you will bring passion, energy, and determination to ensure every customer interaction is positive. As you grow, you will develop into a customer experience expert, receiving world-class training and support to influence every aspect of the customer journey.
We seek exceptional customer service professionals with ambition and a desire to advance their careers. You should have proven experience serving customers in a digital environment, managing various systems, and handling diverse queries, such as flight delays or hotel issues. Fluent German and English communication skills are essential. Experience with Amadeus Ticketing Systems is a plus but not mandatory.
This startup environment offers significant career development opportunities but also requires flexibility. The role involves working Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7), including weekends and a 24/7 emergency call rota from 5 pm to 9 am, ensuring rapid resolution of customer issues.
