Position Overview: As a Customer Care Assistant, you'll be instrumental in providing high-quality support to customers in the entertainment industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing customer inquiries through chat and email, with a minimal focus on phone support (only 5-10% of your role). You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills with an enthusiasm for sports
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to make informed decisions and solve problems
  • Proficient in typing and computer applications (especially MS Office)
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria: Must be an EU citizen or possess a Bulgarian Residence Card (Visa support is not available for non-EU citizens)
  • A high school diploma (Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory)
