Your tasks and responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat of your choice, using predefined scripts.
Redirect customers to appropriate departments for specialized assistance.
Recommend optimal solutions based on established guidelines.
Assist in resolving basic technical issues and common queries.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members for effective issue resolution.
Provide support in a professional and courteous manner.
Follow company protocols and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Fluent German;
