Your goals are clear : boost activity rates, enhance retention, maximize customer lifetime value (LTV), and drive high engagement with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on strategy and messaging for CRM initiatives for our a Germany-based partner, including email marketing campaigns, lifecycle emails and communication across other retention channels.
  • Collaborate on lifetime-value based segmentation of users with BI Analysts that can be used across clients, and develop segment level strategies across all channels (paid and non-paid).
  • Partnering with colleagues on the CRM team as well as other lanes within Exactius to develop the CRM strategy.
  • Providing a key perspective on messaging strategy specifically for the German market, as well as reviewing copy and QAing communications before they send out to ensure it’s on point.
  • Participate and often lead key client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retention marketing / email marketing / CRM / Monetization.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, flows, triggered emails, etc.
  • Required - Bi-lingual - fluent in English and German.
  • Extensive knowledge of remarketing and retargeting tactics.
  • Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual.
  • Proactive and creative with the drive to improve, learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic in a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
  • Great storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity CRM tools – expert knowledge of Klaviyo, Salesforce, Pardot, Iterable, Braze an advantage.
  • Experience with e-commerce / D2C brands is an advantage.
  • Experience with SMS and app notification, a big plus.
