Customer Relations Executive

Office based in Dusseldorf

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team in XXXX. You will be a point of contact for some of our corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance. You’ll have a combination of client-facing skills/experience, operational know-how, and problem-solving abilities. To support the day-to-day relationship of our corporate accounts, you will possess these qualities with the ability to switch between each as needed. You’ll be servicing the revenue and growth area of the business at an exciting time for the company. You will act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.

  • Ability to excel within a busy client-facing environment with significant monthly workload peaks (previous experience preferred)
  • Managing workload around tight time constraints
  • Confidence in liaising and mediating between multiple internal departments to find solutions
  • Confidence in dealing directly with clients as an ambassador for the brand and product in terms of your service approach and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to manage different types and natures of enquiries simultaneously across several platforms and for different clients
  • Resolve client issues as they arise
  • Ability to multitask/prioritize – working around daily deadlines
  • Confidence to promote the company offering and identify new opportunities to grow new and existing key accounts, including currency requirements and product improvements
  • Confidence dealing with numbers – exchange rates, profit margins, and commercial implications
  • Handling live currency trade bookings, banking info, high-value payments, and client data with accuracy
Role:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients trading online through our EBO platform
  • Understanding clients' business activities and FX needs
  • Ensuring clients use Ebury as their main trading and payment platform internationally
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Language skills: German fluency or C2 level, English fluency B2 level or above
  • Sales skills/experience is a PLUS
  • Knowledge of FX and Ebury’s product offerings
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving and challenging environment
