Our distribution center is a pioneering logistics hub with high sustainability standards, facilitating efficient processes. We ship goods to 69 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, serving diverse customers daily through Pandora stores and online.

Role Overview

We are seeking energetic individuals to ensure customer satisfaction across the EMEA region. Join us as a Customer Relations Representative B2B (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service to stores, partners, and local teams via phone, email, and other platforms.
2. Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
3. Contribute to process improvements through feedback and support continuous initiatives.
4. Act as a communication bridge within the organization, addressing inquiries end-to-end.
5. Handle communications professionally in multiple languages following established policies.
6. Coordinate with distribution center functions to ensure prompt information sharing.
7. Work independently with a strong team ethos and proactive approach.
8. Understand market processes and customer needs, adapting to ensure high satisfaction.

Desired Profile

• Experience in a customer-facing role (virtual or in-person) is advantageous.
• High motivation and engagement.
• Native French speaker with fluent English skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience under stress and excellent teamworking skills.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office 365; experience with Zendesk or SFSC and ERP systems is desirable.
