Position Summary
As a member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be able to make a real difference and contribute to the EMEA growing organization, while working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
In this role, you will provide quality assurance and customer service support to EMEA Customers and/or Sales Team organization. You will also monitor and/or analyze memory product quality levels at customer side and prevent quality problems and resolve quality problems whenever occurs. By ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction you will foster a long-term relationship with the customers is paramount.
