The Position

You are responsible for the implementation of the Disease Area Strategy in your region and the creation of a common added value for patients, the healthcare system, and Roche. This includes positioning the Roche portfolio in the context of and through the design of the conditions in the region.

What to Expect

Your tasks as Customer Partnering Manager include:

  • Analysis of the patient journey, identification of hurdles and/or opportunities, and derivation of corresponding courses of action.
  • Scientific exchange and information mediation/advice on introduced products within the approval in a purposeful, appropriate, lawful, balanced, honest, and transparent manner.
  • Planning, execution, and active design of Roche-initiated further training events in the on-label area, as well as active participation in the technical design of scientific-medical product training in the on-label area for doctors and patient events.
  • Primary contact person for target customers according to selection and prioritization based on requirements along the patient journey.
Who You Are

You have the ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers across various channels. You are willing to engage with innovative digital communication possibilities and apply them. You have the ability to successfully build networks and are accustomed to entering into dialogue with various stakeholder groups according to their needs and corresponding legal requirements.

You have a completed university degree (medical, scientific, or business administration) or comparable qualifications. You have experience in contacting customers in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of health regulation, healthcare, and organizations (including hospital management).

Additional points that round off your profile include:

  • Medical expertise in medical matters of the Disease Area is an advantage.
  • Promotional skills.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Very good communication skills in German and English.
  • Prerequisite as a pharmaceutical consultant according to AMG.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Competence in handling communication media, techniques, and IT solutions (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and knowledge of digital interaction with customers (e.g., Zoom, Hang Out, Jamboard).
