Position Summary: As Customer Operations Specialist (f/m/d) at em-tec, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding our products and services. Your focus is on ensuring a positive customer experience by responding to questions, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships. You will manage order processing and support customer satisfaction.

Order Management

  • Drive the entire order process from quotation to invoicing, acting as the main responsible person.
  • Create order, shipment, and invoice documents within our ERP system, ensuring proper documentation and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to create customer-specific offers.
  • Prepare export documents for international shipments and track them until delivery.
  • Manage larger frame orders, focusing on shipped and outstanding demand.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and develop relationships with customers by providing high-level service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email and follow up until issues are resolved, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop knowledge about customers and markets to support sales efforts.
  • Anticipate customer stock levels to ensure continuous supply chains.
  • Maintain customer and sales data within our CRM system.

Data Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure data accuracy within ERP and CRM systems, addressing any non-conformities.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with ISO 13485 and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong affinity for technology and learning new systems; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
