Job Title: Customer Operations Executive - Germany

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Permanent

Compensation: up to €40k to €50k

Languages Required: German and English

We’re working with a next-generation clean tech scale-up that’s revolutionising electric vehicle charging. Backed by leading automotive players and recently named Fast Track Company of the Year, this company is setting the standard for sustainable mobility solutions in Europe.

About the Role

As a Customer Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role across the entire customer journey - from first contact through aftercare. You’ll manage technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead management. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll collaborate with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners
  • Troubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering where needed
  • Lead customers through the installation process and monitor partner performance
  • Manage and assign installers based on survey information and capacaity
  • Support the sales team by tracking and updating leads in the CRM systema
  • Create helpful documentation to streamline customer support and reduce incoming inquiries

What We’re Looking For

  • Native fluency in German and professional proficiency in English. Additional European languages (Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, or Dutch) are a plus.
  • 2+ years in an operations support role, ideally with technical products.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Organised, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable solving complex problems.
  • Knowledge or experience in the EV charging industry is a strong advantage.

Work Environment:

You'll be based in the Hamburg office three days a week, working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your contributions will directly accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions.
