Customer Marketing Manager DACH (f/m/d)

Your Role
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Lead the creation and execution of customer marketing plans for selected strategic customers

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain marketing relationships with strategic stakeholders, representing marketing in the Local Management Team

  • Product Mix Monitoring: Oversee the overall product mix of customers and recommend changes in collaboration with the appointed Key Account Manager or sales lead

  • Campaign Execution: Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (both offline and online) and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement, advocacy, and sales development

  • Omnichannel: understand how to perform and navigate in the Digital shelf. Lead the omni-channel transformation in your designated area hand in hand with the Digital Customer Marketing Manager

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve online listings, share of search, taxonomy, and the integrity and accuracy of commercial content

  • Coordination of Activities: Collaborate with Product, Segment, and Brand managers to coordinate activities within your area of responsibility

  • Budget Management: Manage the customer marketing budget for the business area, ensuring ROI calculations and setting KPIs, followed by corrective actions as needed

  • Team Development: Lead and develop team capabilities in line with Essity’s core values and development program

  • Bilingual: Fluent in German and English

  • Flexible and Reliable: Committed and can-do attitude.

  • Leadership Skills: Passionate about coaching and developing others

  • Adaptable: Comfortable working within a matrix organization

  • Willing to Travel: Open to traveling up to 40% of the time
