Essity seeks an experienced marketer to lead customer marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing budgets to drive engagement and sales. The ideal candidate is bilingual, digitally savvy, and passionate about marketing and team development.

Your Role
Develop and Implement Marketing Plans : Lead the creation and execution of customer marketing plans for selected strategic customers
Stakeholder Collaboration : Establish and maintain marketing relationships with strategic stakeholders, representing marketing in the Local Management Team
Product Mix Monitoring : Oversee the overall product mix of customers and recommend changes in collaboration with the appointed Key Account Manager or sales lead
Campaign Execution : Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (both offline and online) and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement, advocacy, and sales development
Omnichannel : understand how to perform and navigate in the Digital shelf. Lead the omni-channel transformation in your designated area hand in hand with the Digital Customer Marketing Manager
Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve online listings, share of search, taxonomy, and the integrity and accuracy of commercial content
Coordination of Activities : Collaborate with Product, Segment, and Brand managers to coordinate activities within your area of responsibility
Budget Management : Manage the customer marketing budget for the business area, ensuring ROI calculations and setting KPIs, followed by corrective actions as needed
Team Development : Lead and develop team capabilities in line with Essity’s core values and development program

Experienced Marketer : Strong previous experience in a marketing role within a multinational company
Digitally oriented : Experience in the digital shelf and creative in leveraging AI to enhance daily work processes
Bilingual : Fluent in German and English
Dynamic and Passionate : Enthusiastic about marketing and brand development
Flexible and Reliable : Committed and can-do attitude.
Leadership Skills : Passionate about coaching and developing others
Adaptable : Comfortable working within a matrix organization
Willing to Travel : Open to traveling up to 40% of the time
