What we are looking for:

We seek a highly motivated Customer Loyalty and Growth Manager to join our Customer Experience team. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.

  • Manage the renewal process for assigned customers within the 90-day window, ensuring seamless service continuation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional features and connections to enhance customer experience and revenue.
  • Upgrade customers from legacy licenses to current offerings to ensure they benefit from the latest features.
  • Consolidate multiple licenses into a single, manageable license when appropriate.
  • Reduce customer churn and increase retention through strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct product demos and provide support during renewals, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Gather feedback from customers who decide to churn to improve retention strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong listening, logical reasoning, follow-through, and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management.
  • Experience selling 3-year SaaS deals.
  • Proficiency in business administration, negotiation, and retention strategies.
  • Experience leading customer demos.
  • Passion for technology, Cloud Services, SaaS, CRM, and business analysis.
  • Creative, empathetic, and communicative.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages like French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working with quotas and KPIs.
  • Organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
