Job description
Tasks
- Acting as local point of contact for logistical matters with the public client (öAG)
- Coordinating and managing communication between the öAG and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring and steering actions and deliveries on the part of the client
- Identifying improvement potential within the Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) concept and actively contributing to its development
- Maintaining the Master Parts List in accordance with PBL and updating related data in MatGrdlInfo
- Supporting the handling of classified materials, ensuring compliance with export control regulations
- Processing and resolving discrepancy reports and coordinating critical parts (bottleneck management)
- Contributing to the evaluation of obsolescences and their impact on PBL-NOS (Non-Operational Stock), as well as monitoring relevant logistics KPIs
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of logistics, aerospace and project management
- Experience in working with the public client (öAG)
- Good knowledge of project management
- Familiar with military maintenance procedures, processes and documentation (at least basic knowledge)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and advanced knowledge of English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
