Job Description

The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for every aspect of the delivery of medical equipment and related services to customers. Tasks include:

  1. Customer site inspection and design
  2. Participation in contract negotiations and site preparation
  3. Delivery and installation coordination with the customer and third parties
  4. Marketing collaboration, customer training, and final commissioning and acceptance

This position will require frequent travel in Europe and possibly in Asia in the future.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years in a similar role within the medical device industry, managing complex/multiple projects
  • Experience working with executive management and clinicians in diverse customer organizations
  • Proactive, customer-focused problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time

Responsibilities:

  • Support presale meetings and sales relationships
  • Engage in customer requirements definition and develop detailed implementation plans
  • Understand product and service offerings specific to each customer
  • Coordinate with all relevant functions within the company to meet customer requirements
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including C-Level executives
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services, including training completion
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure schedule adherence and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conduct satisfaction reviews
  • Maintain accurate project and customer data
  • Exhibit leadership consistent with company values
