Job Description

The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for all aspects of delivering medical equipment and related services to customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Customer site inspection and design
  • Participation in contract negotiations and site preparation
  • Coordination of delivery and installation with customers and third parties
  • Collaboration on marketing, customer training, and final commissioning and acceptance

This role requires frequent travel within Europe and potentially in Asia in the future.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 2-3 years in a similar role within the medical device industry, managing multiple complex projects
  • Experience working with executive management and clinicians
  • Proactive, customer-focused problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales efforts and attending presale meetings
  • Defining customer requirements before contract negotiations
  • Developing detailed implementation plans
  • Understanding product and service offerings
  • Communicating with all relevant company functions and customer levels, up to C-Level
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and services, including site planning, preparation, delivery, installation, and training
  • Monitoring project progress and customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer questions, complaints, and developing initiatives for high satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate project data
  • Exhibiting leadership aligned with company values
