Zusammenfassung

SCAILE in Munich, Germany, is building the content engine for AI search. You’ll help customers get real value, with onboarding, check-ins, and early signals to keep accounts happy.

This is a 10-week paid internship (1.850 €/month) with potential to convert into a full-time role, offering direct exposure to the founders and a culture of ownership and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German and English, both essential for our customer base.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and help others succeed.
• Well organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, and how brands win in AI search.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, service jobs, or communities helps.

Aufgaben

• Support customer onboarding and help new accounts hit their first wow quickly.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and feedback to spot risks and opportunities.
• Prepare check-ins, reports, and QBRs showing customers their results.
• Support renewals and flag expansion signals with the Customer Growth Lead.
• Collaborate with sales and product to turn feedback into improvements.
• Keep CRM and CS tooling clean and iterate on measures that improve satisfaction.

SCAILE is building the infrastructure that makes brands visible in AI search. As ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews replace traditional search, we help companies get discovered and recommended by AI systems. We combine a proprietary Content Engine with AI agents to create, optimize, and deploy content at scale. Supported by Google Cloud for Startups and NCA VC, we\'re already live with clients like Beurer and Lyceum Technologies.

We\'re hiring a Customer Growth Intern to help our customers get real value from SCAILE and keep coming back. You\'ll support onboarding, run check-ins, and keep an eye on the early signals that tell us when an account needs attention. This is a 10-week, paid internship (1.850 €/month) with the potential to convert into a full-time role.

Tasks

• Support customer onboarding and help new accounts hit their first "wow" fast
• Monitor customer health, usage, and feedback so we spot risks and opportunities early
• Prepare check-ins, reports, and QBRs that show customers their results
• Support renewals and flag expansion signals alongside our Customer Growth Lead
• Work with sales and product to turn customer feedback into product improvements
• Keep the CRM and CS tooling clean, and iterate on what keeps customers happy

Requirements

• You\'ve already taken care of people somewhere, whatever it was: a service job, a club, tutoring, or a community you ran (that interests us more than your CV)
• You communicate clearly and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed
• You\'re organized, proactive, and don\'t wait to be told what to do
• You\'re curious about AI, SaaS, and how brands win in AI search
• You speak fluent German and English (both are a must for our customer base)
