The impact you’ll have :
As the Team Leader, you will play an instrumental role in setting up our first internationally based, in-house Customer Service team, equipping them for success and giving them the support they need to thrive and grow. Working with a team of real specialists who are dedicated to delivering great service, you will lead by example, bringing the visible passion, energy and determination required to make every customer experience a delight.
For the first 3-6 months at least, you’ll be in the office full-time as we establish a brand-new function. As the team grows, you’ll grow – building your people management skills, honing your knowledge of technology and process, and shaping a world-class customer experience.
This is a role that will establish your future leadership credentials. We’re looking for an exceptional individual – you need driving ambition, a restless desire to go places in your career and a proven track record of bringing together a first-class team and uniting them with a clear mission. Experience within the travel industry would be perfect.
As the voice of our company, you must be able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken German, with fluent English as a second language. You must be able to listen, find information quickly, look after customers and find solutions.

There’s a lot that can go wrong between booking a holiday and checking into your hotel – our job is to make sure that, when a problem happens, we fix it fast and we fix it first time. For this reason, we work Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7), during the hours of 06h00 - 23h00.
