A leading company is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Hamburg who is fluent in German and English, and knows one other language. The role involves managing customer service, assurance of quality, and improvement of processes in a hybrid work model with full benefits from day one.

Service hours from Monday to Friday: 7-20h (self-scheduled), also Saturday on request

Your Tasks
Handling internal customer service issues (in writing only)
Quality assurance
Constantly reviewing and improving existing processes
Supporting new projects
Testing of new projects
Your Profile
Very good knowledge of German and one other language, e.g., Croatian, Czech, Romanian, or Portuguese
Fluent English
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Nice to have: International traveling
Strong communication skills and service mentality
High degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
