As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be part of an agile, cross-functional team and work with your colleagues to manage customer expectations in line with the company's messages to successfully drive the business forward.
This position is the further development of the classic pharmaceutical sales representative and is characterized by a high degree of freedom, entrepreneurship, and personal responsibility.
You work self-organized and with passion with up to 4 CXM colleagues in an agile team, develop and implement individual, customer-oriented projects, and make joint decisions on investments. You are creative in creating the customer journey and enjoy using analytics, customer feedback, and digital tools to create extraordinary customer experiences.

- Development of a high-quality customer relationship with decision-makers and key customers in the specialist, GP, and hospital sectors.
- Acquisition of new potential customers in coordination with team colleagues, taking into account innovative Go to Market (GTM) strategies
- Proactive and independent development and implementation of customer-specific activities and projects in cooperation with a self-organized (squad) team
- Transparent, open, and respectful collaboration in a cross-functional team using agile working methods to make decisions together in the CXM team and with the Commercial Lead
- Ensuring the right customer focus and regular maintenance of customer data (targeting) together in the CXM team, using AI recommendations (Turing), analyses, and customer characteristics (e.g., personas) for the right choice of customer contact type (customer journey)
- Implementation of global focus topics and strategies, taking regional characteristics into account
Your profile
- Preferably a degree in human or veterinary medicine or pharmacy, otherwise a degree in natural sciences (e.g., biology/chemistry)
- If neither is available, the certified pharmaceutical sales representative must definitely be available
- Ideally experience in field sales (preferably in the therapeutic area of diabetes, metabolic diseases, and/or cardiovascular diseases)
High sales and results orientation and the associated customer-centered thinking and acting.
- Strong sales skills with persuasive and implementation skills, negotiating skills, and a high degree of independence as well as good presentation skills
- Team player who enjoys working together to develop target group plans, strategies, and brand image
- Courage to make difficult decisions with calculable risk and to be able to reflect on your own actions in a team
Technical skills / abilities
- Digital skills and practice in using PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, or other remote programs to achieve an omnichannel customer experience
