You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International (MDLZ) and the customer.

How You Will Contribute

The Customer Director:

  • is accountable for the delivery of MDLZ revenue and profit targets within the customer set up, including pricing
  • leads the strategic collaboration agenda with customer and nurtures the partnership
  • drives & organises the collaboration of all MDLZ functions (Mkt, Finance, CS&L, sustainability,…) within the customer framework.
  • prepares & aligns international negotiations with Central Sales & key markets
  • leads a team of 10+ people, including Key Account, Customer Category Development and Customer Insights
  • is a member of the DE Sales Leadership team

What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • 15-20 years of FMCG experience in commercial roles (Sales required, Marketing / CP&A / CS&L on top preferable)
  • A university degree in Sales, Marketing or Management (or equivalent educational, qualification)
  • Leadership: leading through vision & strategy; leading a multi-functional team (direct & indirect leadership)
  • Language requirements: fluency in German and English
