Jobbeschreibung

As a Customer Demand Analyst, you will be responsible for customer demand forecasting and analysis at your assigned Tech M accounts, primarily within a 0–12-month horizon. You will develop relationships directly with our customers and the field sales team to gain a deep understanding of requirements and trends, helping to optimize manufacturing capacity, supply, and revenue plans.

Your ability to transform data into insights about the customer and use those insights to improve our strategy will be key. You are expected to build rapport with our customers and sales team while providing an outstanding customer experience. You will meet key deliverables and measure against established metrics to enhance your account’s effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams will be essential to proactively identify trends, opportunities, and concerns related to Tech M’s business segments, providing recommendations and solutions. You will also identify and drive efficiency efforts, process improvements, and optimization initiatives. Being part of a dynamic team, you will have a tangible impact on Tech M's results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Align regularly with your customer and Sales teams to understand and communicate requirements, including quantity, timing, and use models or applications.
  2. Understand customer transitions to ensure demand alignment during new product introductions and discontinuations.
  3. Analyze orders, shipping history, forecasts, and customer feedback to identify and validate changes at the customer level, providing updates and assessing larger trends.
  4. Collaborate with Sales BU to identify and address inventory and revenue risks and opportunities, balancing long-term agreements with account, segment, business unit, and Tech M goals.
  5. Ensure system data accurately reflects account direction, aligning with benchmarks and standardized forecasting processes.
  6. Work with Account Managers, Sales BU, and other partners to ensure activities align with customer expectations from a forecast and sales plan perspective.
  7. Participate in forecast accuracy evaluations and help determine steps to improve forecasting, sharing insights across the team.
  8. Provide management with information regarding past periods, future forecasts, and key drivers.
  9. Highlight opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and automation.

  • Fresher or 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Planning/Forecasting, or Sales.
