Cisco CX Professional Services Germany is hiring a Customer Delivery Architect to act as the architectural authority for strategic engagements across Germany. You will guide multi-project delivery, set priorities under pressure, and mentor engineers and architects to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will foster AI literacy and responsible AI integration while building partnerships with engineers and leaders to influence solution delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Kubestronaut CNCF certification or equivalent cloud-native experience.
• Experience with AI systems (training, inference, agents).

Your Impact

As a Customer Delivery Architect, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor and lead architectural authority for Cisco’s most strategic customer engagements across Germany. Manages multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, working under pressure and setting priorities to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Have regional-level impact and sphere of influence; building relationships with other technical stakeholders within the organization. Demonstrates deep expertise in the technology domains of Agentic AI Systems and Cloud Native architectures Applies AI-driven workflows to optimize operational and administrative efficiency, enabling deeper engagement in solution design and customer interaction. Provides guidance, training and mentoring within and outside the team (including engineers and architects across organizations), promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, with a focus on advancing AI and Cloud Native literacy, responsible AI adoption, and strategic AI integration. Develops strong partnerships with engineers, Technical Leaders and other internal SMEs and leaders, to influence and impact quality of delivery. Contribute and engage in industry events such as KubeCon, and AGNTCon.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• CNCF Certification Kubestronaut or other equivalent Cloud Native experience.
• Practical experience with AI Systems (Training / Inference / Agents)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-domain architectural design and delivery engagements incorporating AI/ML pipelines, data platforms, or responsible AI frameworks.
• Experience maintaining code in open-source projects (preferably CNCF).
• Open-source community ambassador or equivalent experience.
• Track record of contributing to technical industry forums (e.g., KubeCon, Cloud Native Days etc..) and developing mentorship/training programs for junior technical teams.
• Site Reliability Engineering experience in production operational environments and working with observability solutions
• Appreciation for security and GitOps based software delivery lifecycle practices
• Fluent German language preferred
