Job Title: Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) for the Netherlands - 100% Remote, Mannheim

Location & Employment Details:

Based in Munich, Germany, with a 100% remote full-time position supporting Dutch customers. EU work permit required.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Dutch customers via telephone regarding dental equipment for practices.
2. Handle service-oriented sales processing and administrative support for campaigns and orders.
3. Maintain merchandise management and CRM systems.
4. Act as an interface between sales, technical, warehouse teams, and customers.
5. Provide professional assistance via phone (inbound) and email.
6. Represent the company professionally and friendly.
7. Undertake projects and additional tasks in collaboration with management, based on personal strengths.
8. Possess an apprenticeship with a medical, technical, or commercial focus (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk).
9. Preferably have relevant experience in internal sales or customer service.
10. Be a talented communicator with an instinct for dealing with different personalities.
11. Work reliably and accurately in administrative tasks.
12. Be independent, service- and sales-oriented, and highly motivated.
13. Proficient in MS Office.
14. Show responsibility, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
15. Excellent Dutch language skills (C1+).
16. Good written and spoken English skills (B2).
