Job Overview

EMS, a leading manufacturer of precise medical devices for dental prophylaxis, orthopedics, and urology, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) for the Netherlands. This is a full-time, remote position based in Lübeck, with a focus on supporting our Dutch customers.

Responsibilities

1. Support Dutch customers via telephone inquiries regarding dental equipment for dental practices.
2. Handle service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support for sales campaigns and orders.
3. Maintain merchandise management and CRM systems daily.
4. Serve as an interface between sales, technology, warehouse logistics, and customers.
5. Provide competent and friendly assistance via phone (inbound) and email.
6. Represent our company professionally and assist customers effectively.
7. Participate in projects and additional tasks in collaboration with department management, based on personal strengths.
8. Possess an apprenticeship with a focus in medical, technical, or commercial fields (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk).
9. Have relevant professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or similar.
10. Be a talented communicator with an instinct for dealing with different personalities.
11. Work reliably and accurately in administrative activities.
12. Work independently, with a service- and sales-oriented approach, and high motivation.
13. Proficient in MS Office.
14. Demonstrate a positive attitude, responsibility, and be a team player.
15. Have a very good command of Dutch (C1+).
16. Contribute good written and spoken English skills (B2).
