Position Details

Role: Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) for the Netherlands

Location: Fully remote (based in Jena, Germany)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Support Dutch customers via telephone regarding our dental equipment for dental practices.
2. Handle service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support for sales campaigns and orders.
3. Maintain merchandise management and CRM systems daily.
4. Act as an interface between sales, technical, warehouse teams, and customers.
5. Provide competent and friendly assistance via phone (inbound) and email.
6. Represent our company professionally and foster customer relationships.
7. Engage in projects and additional tasks in collaboration with department management, based on personal strengths.
8. Possess an apprenticeship with a focus on medical, technical, or commercial fields (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk).
9. Ideally have relevant experience in internal sales, customer service, or similar sectors.
10. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an instinctive approach to dealing with diverse personalities.
11. Work reliably and accurately in administrative activities.
12. Work independently with a service- and sales-oriented mindset, showing motivation.
13. Proficient in MS Office.
14. Exhibit a positive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
15. Fluent in Dutch (C1+ level) and possess good written and spoken English skills (B2 level).
