Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) to support our Dutch customers remotely from our Munich location. This full-time role involves assisting customers via telephone and email, managing sales campaigns, and maintaining our CRM and merchandise systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Dutch customers with inquiries about dental equipment through phone and email
2. Process sales campaigns and handle order administration with a service-oriented approach
3. Maintain merchandise management and CRM systems
4. Act as an interface between sales, technology, logistics teams, and customers
5. Provide professional assistance and represent our company positively
6. Participate in projects and additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1. Apprenticeship in a medical, technical, or commercial field (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk)
2. Relevant experience in internal sales, customer service, or related area (preferred)
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle diverse personalities
4. Reliable, accurate, and independent working style
5. Service- and sales-oriented attitude with high motivation
6. Proficiency in MS Office
7. Fluent Dutch (C1+), good English skills (B2)
8. Positive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
