Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) to support our Dutch customers remotely from Bielefeld. This full-time role involves customer service, administrative support, and acting as a communication interface between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Dutch customers via telephone and email regarding our dental equipment.
2. Process sales campaigns and orders with a service-oriented approach.
3. Maintain merchandise management and CRM systems.
4. Coordinate between sales, technical, warehouse, and customer teams.
5. Provide professional assistance and represent our company positively.
6. Participate in projects and additional tasks as assigned.
7. Support the team with administrative activities and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Apprenticeship or education with a focus on medical, technical, or commercial fields (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk).
2. Relevant experience in internal sales or customer service preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle diverse personalities.
4. Reliable, accurate, and independent working style.
5. Service- and sales-oriented mindset with high motivation.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
7. Fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2) skills.
8. Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
