Qualifikationen

Currently, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Support our Dutch customers with telephone inquiries about our dental equipment for dental practices
• Responsible for the service-oriented commercial processing and administrative support of sales campaigns and ordering
• Maintain our merchandise management and CRM system as part of your daily business
• Act as an interface between colleagues (m/f/d) in sales, technology and warehouse logistics, and our customers (m/f/d)
• Provide competent and friendly customer support by phone (inbound) and e-mail
• Act as our figurehead, providing professional assistance and representing our friendly company
• Take on projects and additional tasks in cooperation with department management based on personal strengths

Qualifications:

• Apprenticeship with a (dental) medical, technical or commercial focus (e.g. medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk or similar)
• Relevant professional experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar segment is ideal
• Talented communicator with a sure instinct in dealing with different personalities
• Reliable and accurate in administrative activities
• Independent, service- and sales-oriented, and highly motivated
• Proficient in the MS Office package
• Positive approach, sense of responsibility, and an outspoken team player
• Very good knowledge of Dutch (C1+)
• Good written and spoken English skills (B2)
