We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) for the Netherlands (full-time, 100% remote).

Responsibilities:

• Support Dutch customers via telephone inquiries regarding dental equipment
• Handle service-oriented sales campaigns and order processing
• Maintain merchandise management and CRM systems
• Act as an interface between sales, technology, logistics, and customers
• Provide competent and friendly assistance via phone and email
• Represent our company professionally and friendly
• Take on projects and additional tasks as per your strengths

Qualifications:

• Apprenticeship with a focus on medical, technical, or commercial fields (e.g., medical technology, ZFA, industrial clerk)
• Relevant professional experience in internal sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle diverse personalities
• Reliable, accurate, and independent work style
• Service- and sales-oriented mindset with high motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
• Very good Dutch skills (C1+)
• Good written and spoken English skills (B2)
