The Partner Acceleration Lead will join our Partner Acceleration team and the Global Partners and Channels (GPC) team, which drives ServiceNow’s growth to $15B and beyond.
The Partner Acceleration team aims to drive profitable revenue through identifying and monetizing breakthrough Offerings with our partner ecosystem. The Partner Acceleration Lead for Global SIs will develop and execute partner Offerings strategies, activate partners, and focus on joint GTM business development across industries and geographies, especially in EMEA.
This role involves working with ServiceNow stakeholders and Global SIs to create industry-specific strategies, manage partner engagement, and develop new joint business models to accelerate growth. The candidate should have deep experience in strategic partnership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration in high-growth environments.
Primary focus:
This position reports to the Global Director, Partner Acceleration - CRM, focusing on advancing the CRM and Industry Workflows pipeline in EMEA. Responsibilities include building GTM plans, driving partner-sourced business, and managing partner-led pipeline activities.
