We are seeking a Customer Consultant for Buderus Heating Systems (f/m/div.) at our Leipzig location within the Bosch Home Comfort Group division. Bosch Service Solutions Leipzig GmbH is eager to receive your application!

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide telephone and written customer advice on Buderus products and related topics.
2. Analyze faults and malfunctions of various Buderus heating systems over the phone and resolve issues.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop optimal and practical solutions.
4. Process orders, procure spare parts via catalog search, and place orders as needed.

Qualifications

1. Vocational training in a relevant field such as plant mechanic, heating fitter, central heating and ventilation engineer, energy consultant, electrician, or equivalent experience.
