About the Role: As a Remote Customer Advisor for our clients, you will be the first point of contact for customers and restaurant partners, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer and restaurant inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Bulgarian.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Bulgarian (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar client-facing role is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours, which may include evenings and weekends, as per client needs.
