JOB CONTENTS

As a counter staff member, you play a crucial role in giving our customers a soothing and relaxing moment. You create a personal shopping experience by offering our customers tea, providing advice and presenting our products at the water island.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

You create a unique shopping experience by advising our customers on our products and their philosophies. You will also master our guiding principles from the Rituals Academy and ensure that the counter is always clean and tidy. As a sales talent with great empathy, you practice our sales ceremony seamlessly and correctly. You are a role model for your colleagues and report to your counter manager who will mentor you on your career path.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have professional experience in a cosmetic or lifestyle industry or in a comparable service-oriented field (e.g. hotel industry, SPA).
• You are a sales talent with passion and a strong sense for customer needs.
• You have already gained some experience with cash register systems.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, flexibility, and reliability are a matter of principle for you.
