I am looking to speak to experienced client management professionals looking for a new job opportunity in the financial services- payments.

In this role you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of small and medium size business, providing proactive support and service.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and partners
  • Account Management and growth
  • Increasing client satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling's products and services
  • Act as a point of contact for clients if any issue

Skills and Competencies

  • Fluent German (C2 level) and English
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Experience in the financial services or payments is an advantage
  • Experience in working with retailers or ecommerce businesses is a plus
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team
  • Very good time management

Salary and Benefits
