We are looking for two talented and creative Culture Researcher to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, have a flair for storytelling, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you!

Tasks

  • Identify trending memes, sounds, and visual formats that can be adapted into high-performing ads.
  • Track cultural moments and online conversations to help keep creative work timely and relevant.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to creative and strategy teams during ad concepting and production.
  • Help vet ad ideas for cultural relevance, tone sensitivity, and trend alignment.
  • Maintain an internal feed or tracker of emerging trends, creators, and content shifts.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of internet culture, memes, trending audio, and platform-specific content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Strong awareness of current events, cultural conversations, and social dynamics that shape online behavior.
  • Experience working in or around content creation, marketing, or media is a plus.
  • Fast researcher with excellent taste and a sharp instinct for what resonates with online audiences.
  • Comfortable summarizing trends and giving clear recommendations to creative teams.
