Ladgov Corporation in Baumholder, Germany seeks a Cultural Adaptation Advisor to support Army Community Service. You will deliver cultural adaptation, language courses, and multicultural activities for foreign-born families.

The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing monthly statistics, with weekly meetings to review progress and ensure professional standards and military courtesies.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service oriented tasks.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with military families or community outreach programs.
• German language knowledge at the C2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Cultural Adaptation and Foreign Born Family support services for Army Community Service (ACS). This includes host nation tours, language courses, ESL and multicultural activities.
• Input to the monthly integrated community calendar for Cross Cultural Adaptation Program.
• Create and maintain records and files for the services provided under this contract.
• Coordinate all class schedules with the Relocation Readiness Program Manager quarterly.
• Create a class roster in CTS before each session.
• Offer Interactive Customer Evaluations (ICE) forms to each customer at the end of each class cycle, workshop or interaction.
• Provide monthly statistics to the program manager.
• Meet weekly with Relocation Readiness Program Manager to discuss program statistics and progress.
• Interact with customers and staff in accordance with professional business standards and military customs and courtesies.

Qualification for Employment:

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in customer service oriented tasks.
• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience working with military families or community outreach programs
• Shall possess German language knowledge at the C2 level

Specific Tasks:

• Shall provide Cultural Adaptation and Foreign Born Family support services for Army Community Service (ACS). Services include but are not limited to host nation local community tours, German language courses, English as a second language (ESL) courses and hosting multi-cultural activities.
• Shall provide input to the monthly integrated community calendar for Cross Cultural Adaptation Program.
• Shall be responsible for creating and maintaining records and files for the services provided under this contract.
• Shall coordinate all class schedules with the Relocation Readiness Program Manager quarterly.
• Shall create a class roster in CTS before each session.
• Shall offer Interactive Customer Evaluations (ICE) forms to each customer at the end of each class cycle, workshop or individual interaction during office hours.
• Shall provide monthly statistics to the program manager.
• Shall meet weekly with Relocation Readiness Program Manager to discuss program statistics and progress. Meetings can be in person or telephonic.
